Simple steps to get your purchases from the USA delivered to New Zealand
Fill out our Air/Ocean Quote Page with cargo details. We’ll Email you a detailed quote within 24 hours.

Open the Email, view the quote, confirm the cargo delivery details then simply book and pay online.
Once payment is made, fill in the Commercial Invoice online and submit. This will be sent to the international carrier and your cargo will be booked.
Note: Commercial invoice required for all international shipments.
If your cargo is being sent to USA Direct warehouse from the seller, you will receive a USA address and suite number with your quote
If your cargo is being sent to NZ direct from the seller, after you book and pay online, we will send you an international shipping label that you can send to the seller. This label will contain your international tracking number that you can use to view the shipments progress.
If you don’t know the cargo dimensions and weight but would like USA Direct to ship your cargo to NZ, please contact us at enquiries@usadirect.co.nz and we will send you a personalized address and suite number for our warehouse where you can send your cargo. Upon arrival, the cargo will be measured and weighed and a quote will be Email to you

Understanding import fees and taxes
Under NZ$1,000: No import duties or GST apply (goods and shipping combined)
Over NZ$1,000: Additional fees and duty to NZ Customs apply (+ GST on that duty)
Important: Multiple parcels under NZ$400 each sent simultaneously may be aggregated by NZ Customs, potentially incurring additional fees.
Required for parcels over NZ$1,000
All parcels valued over NZ$1,000 require a Customs Number (or Client Code for NZ commercial entities) from NZ Customs.

With Pre-paid Return Label: NZ$10.00 handling fee applies
Without Pre-paid Return Label: Return shipping fee: 40% of international shipping cost (excluding GST)
We can return to sender, redirect to another USA address, or destroy goods at no charge if items haven't left our facility.
